Linkr is an online tool that helps employers create job advertisements and collect job applications. Linkr acts only as a software tool and does not act as an employer, recruiter, or employment agency.
By submitting information, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, you are authorised to recruit for the business you represent, and you are at least 18 years old.
Users are fully responsible for the content of their job advertisements. You agree not to submit fraudulent or misleading job offers, discriminatory or illegal job advertisements, or spam or abusive content.
Linkr may offer a free trial to allow users to test the service. After the trial ends, continued use may require payment.
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Linkr does not automatically charge users. Payment is only made after the user agrees to continue the service.
Linkr provides tools to create and manage job postings but does not guarantee that job postings will receive applications or guarantee the suitability of applicant information.
Employers agree to use applicant information only for recruitment purposes, protect applicant privacy, and comply with applicable privacy laws.
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation of the service, or copy, distribute, or resell Linkr without permission.
Linkr provides the service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkr is not responsible for hiring decisions, disputes between employers and applicants, or any loss of business or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

Linkr does not sell or rent personal information. Applicant information is shared only with the employer who created the job posting.
Information may be stored using third-party services such as form platforms, cloud storage providers, and communication tools. Linkr takes reasonable steps to protect stored information.
