Welcome to Linkr. By using Linkr services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Linkr is an online tool that helps employers create a hiring link, collect job applications, and manage applicants. Linkr acts only as a software tool and does not act as an employer, recruiter, or employment agency.
By using Linkr, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, you are authorised to recruit for the business you represent, and you are at least 18 years old.
Users are fully responsible for the content of their job advertisements. You agree not to submit fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal job offers.
Linkr offers monthly ($19 NZD / 30 days) and annual ($149 NZD / 12 months) plans. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Plans are activated immediately upon payment.
Purchases are generally non-refundable once completed. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Employers agree to use applicant information only for recruitment purposes and to comply with applicable privacy laws.
Linkr provides the service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkr is not responsible for hiring decisions, disputes between employers and applicants, or any loss of business or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Linkr respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through our services.
We collect employer information (name, business name, contact details) and job applicant information submitted through application forms.
We use collected information to provide recruitment tools, deliver applications to employers, and communicate with users about the service.
Linkr does not sell or rent personal information. Applicant information is shared only with the employer who created the job posting.
Data is stored securely using Cloudflare infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to protect all stored information.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us.

Linkr is not responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions, the legitimacy of employers, hiring decisions, or any disputes between employers and applicants.
