Welcome to Linkr. By submitting your information or using Linkr services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1 Description of Service
Linkr is an online tool that helps employers create job advertisements and collect job applications.
Linkr provides tools that allow employers to:
- Create job advertisements
- Share application links with candidates
- Receive job applications
Linkr acts only as a software tool and does not act as an employer, recruiter, or employment agency.
2 Using the Service
To use Linkr, users may submit their information through a form provided by Linkr. By submitting information, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate
- You are authorised to recruit for the business you represent
- You are at least 18 years old
Linkr may contact users directly (for example via WhatsApp) to provide service access or support.
3 Job Posting Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for the content of their job advertisements. You agree not to submit:
- Fraudulent or misleading job offers
- Discriminatory or illegal job advertisements
- Content that violates employment laws
- Spam or abusive content
Linkr may refuse or remove job advertisements that violate these Terms.
4 Free Trial
Linkr may offer a 7-day free trial to allow users to test the service. The trial provides temporary access to selected features of Linkr. After the trial ends, continued use of the service may require payment.
5 Payments
If users choose to continue using Linkr after the free trial, payment may be required. Payment instructions will be provided directly by Linkr (for example via WhatsApp).
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- Linkr does not automatically charge users
- Payment is only made after the user agrees to continue the service
6 No Guarantee of Applicants
Linkr provides tools to create and manage job postings but does not guarantee:
- That job postings will receive applications
- The number of applicants
- The suitability or accuracy of applicant information
Hiring results depend on factors outside the control of Linkr.
7 Applicant Data
Employers may receive personal information from job applicants. Employers agree to:
- Use applicant information only for recruitment purposes
- Protect applicant privacy
- Comply with applicable privacy laws
Linkr is not responsible for how employers handle applicant data after it is received.
8 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the service
- Copy, distribute, or resell Linkr without permission
9 Service Availability
Linkr strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Technical issues or maintenance may occasionally affect the service.
10 Limitation of Liability
Linkr provides the service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkr is not responsible for:
- Hiring decisions made by employers
- Disputes between employers and applicants
- Any loss of business, revenue, or data
11 Changes to Terms
Linkr may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with the revised date.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
